It is THAT time of year! And I do mean Trader Joe’s Thanksgiving Stuffing Seasoned kettle chips season! HURRY! Get some! Hoard them! Yes, I grabbed 4 bags. I wanted to get more but already felt like a glutton so I refrained. Maybe I’ll go back tomorrow… but guess what goes PERFECTLY with these devine creations? You know exactly what I’m going to say. Well. That sucks. I’ll get my groove back. It’s going to take a beat or two… but, I shall do what I’ve always done; go outside, get lost in the moments, do the things I love, create, laugh, work hard, make irreverent jokes, love fiercely, learn new things, keep an open mind, wear my armor. That was fast! Stormy B is almost gone! Just 4 bottles left!! California buckwheat honey, fresh ginger, fresh limes all co-fermented and then aged on French oak. Sweet, rich, smokey, tasting a lot like my favorite cocktail, Dark and Stormy. It’s fermentation magic. 🪄 perfect as the weather gets cooler and the nights get longer. Mead is just an amazing drink.
